    2) Secondly, when i use the email verification with code, sometimes it takes a while and sometimes the email does not even arrive. Also, how do i customize that verification code email? It has your branding etc. I want that removed and replaced with our logo. Also The from email, is there way to change that and the display name so my customers know its coming from our website?

    Have you checked the spam folder? Unfortunately, the verification code notification cannot be customized. 

    In regard to changing the sender email of the "Verification code" notification, that's not possible. We could forward a request to our back-end team to be able to apply these customizations, however, there is no guarantee that it will be implemented in near future.

    Can we at-least replace the jot form logo? How would people know the email is from us?

    Unfortunately, the Logo from the email verification code cannot be replaced. I will forward a request to our back-end team. If this gets available in the future, you will be updated via this thread.
