Can I use your product to build forms that support two languages?

Arabic language (Right To Left), English (Left to Right)

Also, can I build full website using your forms builder? example: Sign, Signup, Dashboard for signed in users, admins fill forms, that users will see when they sign-in.. can I do all that without the need to build a website myself?

Yes, this is possible. I've also seen a lot of users using the multi language and RTL format on their form.

Jotform is only a form builder, you can't create a full website using Jotform builder. It only allows you to create a form as that is what Jotform is for.
