The changes I make to my form are not saving

I made several changes to my form, but when I use the form those changes don't show in effect. Please advise.

I didn't see any difference between the form preview VS the form builder.

Can you please be more specific on which changes are not showing? Was it for a specific field in your form? What's the name of the field so we can compare them?

Is your form embedded on a page on your website? If it is, kindly share the page URL with us so we can have a closer look.

Ideally, if you can show the difference visually, that would be much appreciated. You can post screenshots in your next reply (not via email attachment).
