No longer receiving jot form requests to our business email

    hi we have had an account since 2013 we we are no longer able to access the jot form email  requests, Jot form login states we are no longer receiving at the brendan@bairnsdalestoragefacilities.com.au.  Can you please help

    You were not receiving the notifications because the recipient was in bounce list. It seems like you removed it from the bounce list, so you should start receiving notifications:

    Make sure to check the spam folder and mark any jotform notification as NOT SPAM, if you find one. Also, you may add our domain names and sending IP addresses to your white-list to prevent this from happening again: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
