Hi, I am Derene Allen from Ignite Institute
User: igniteinstitute
Payments registered in JatForm do not match with the total payments sent by the customer.
Customer already made 5 payments (please see file attached).
And JatForms only shows 2 payments.
How could we see the 5 payments in JatForm?

Have you tried checking the Submission Panel? If not, please check it and see if the issue still persists. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
