Can someone explain what submission storage is?

Can someone explain what submission storage is?  If I delete the forms in the storage, do I create storage Space?  Or am I still out of space?  I’ve deleted almost all the submissions, but it’s still telling me we are out of space. 

The total submission storage is the total number of submissions stored in your account. For example, you received 100 submissions per month within 5 months, then your total submission storage is equal to 500. 

For the Free plan, the total submission storage is limited to 500. I recalculated your total submission storage and the issue is now resolved.

I suggest you upgrade to any paid plan to have unlimited total storage submissions.
