Where do I place the prepopulated data link if it's NOT on an email form?

I want to push data from one internal document to another internal document.

I understand the concept of the necessary codes to identify which fields that I want to move, but WHERE do I place this code if it's NOT on an email form?

You may pass the data from one form to another by using the prepopulated link. Apart from placing the link in the email, you may also place the link generated in the Thank you message so that the user can click on that to continue or you may redirect the form directly to the second form using the Redirect method in the Thank you page settings.
