Registration form including payment option

Hi!

I was contacting you twice already but never got any answer.

I am planning a non-profit meeting for 2020 and therefor need a registration form with the possibility to pay the registration fee.

We expect around 200 submissions and payments and I am wondering if the free jotform version is sufficient. What does mean "Receive 10 payments"?

The last agency used jotform for this event and they were happy with it: https://form.jotform.com/72884126242154

How about the payment systems? we would like to offer payment by credit card or transfer- so far I worked with Paypal but I am wondering if Suare is a better option?

If I work with paypal, do attendees need a paypal account then for their payments?

The 10 payment receive means that you can receive 10 payments form your Form users if you have created a Payment Form.

May we know if you are referring to Square? If you want to have your users pay via Credit Card, then you can use the Square Payments instead of the Standard PayPal.

Users may need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. However, there is a guest option you can enable for users without PayPal account. Please check this detailed information about how to enable it in your Paypal account https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/payments/guest-payments/

Is it correct that I could start with the free version and receive 10 payments per month from registrations and later I could upgrade to the bronze version or does this happen automatically in case of more than 10 payments?
It seems to me that it is easier to work with square than paypal, right? Would you recommend square?
How about invoices - will an invoice be send out to every registered person?

You may start with the Free plan if you want. However, we cannot automatically upgrade your subscription once you have reached your payment submission limit. If you feel that you will have more than 10 payments per month, I would suggest upgrading your plan.

It really depends on you. Both Payment Processors are a good option, PayPal has an option also for credit card, when you upgrade it to pro.

Some payment processors doesn't automatically creates an invoice after payment has been processed.

You may manually create an invoice using autoresponders.
