i have 2 charges on my debit card for $19.00 on Dec13,2018 other Jan 13,2019 i already have credit card sumited for pymt but you making this charge please help me to refund this charges that i did not agree

I checked your account, but I did not see any transactions on December 13, 2018 and January 13, 2019. Your subscription plan renewal is always 17th of every month.

As I said in my previous reply, I can not see any transaction that charges you $19 in December 2018 and January 2019. You can view the invoices on your billing page, you are paying monthly silver ($39) plan not a bronze plan ($19).

Could you please give us the TRANSACTION-ID on your PayPal dashboard so I can forward this to our billing team for further checking.

I'm not able to find the transaction ID's in your screenshot. May I know what your PayPal email is?
