I need a seperate total column in my "view submissions" .

I need to have a separate column in my view submissions report so I can total those sold in a spreadsheet. Right now it tells me the total with the description of the product sold.  So I can't total it. You could try integrating your form with Spreadsheet: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

And add the necessary column there, but please be mindful that adjusting the Sheet could cause the integration issues. 

Otherwise, you could export the submissions to Excel and do the calculations there: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

But that would require exporting submissions every time you want to be up to date with received submissions.

I know how to download it as a spreadsheet.  (See attached screen shot)  That column has the description and the total amount in the same field (Spreadsheet cell), so you can't total that column.  I am not using google, so that doesn't help.  I just need some way for the Jotform to separate the total purchased so it will show in its own column on a spreadsheet so I can sum the entire column so see how much I has sold.

1) Add form calculation widget to your form:

2) And then add your products field (payment field) to that calculation:

So it will show like this:

And that will show as separate in the column in your submissions.

You can even make that field hidden if you want.
