Hello,
Wondering how I can get the submissions to automatically email me when my forms are filled out?

You can set up an email notification to achieve this. For setting up an email notification, you can go to Settings >> Emails >> Click on the + icon
Then go to the Notification Email.
You can put in the email address on which you want to receive the submission in the Recipient Emails fields.
