I want to fill certain fields on the the previous form to current form fields but will make it invisible to the applicant. Secondly, will it still be possible since the current forms link will be sent to participants to continue with the second step anytime they are ready? It is not instant. The person can complete form A and then continue form B tomorrow or three days later, however, when they are about continuing form B, certain chosen fields on Form A should populate on Form B without they seeing or possible having to just confirm those details.

I want to pass certain filled data fields of applicants to their next stage
of filling the form 2. So for example, when an applicants enters their Name
, or Uploads their passport pictures, they don’t have to upload again when
they are filling the second form. Is that possible. So we are populating
their own entered into . Howver, please bear in mind they will not complete
the form at the same time. A link will be sent for them to complete the
form 2 on their own time.

We cannot populate uploaded files buy you can use the edit link. This would let your form users to edit the form and continue.
