Hello, I was inquiring about how long it takes for square payments to go into your bank account. I had a client pay a deposit on 02/13 and it hasn’t went into my account yet. Typically on my square it goes in the next day. Just making sure I didn’t do anything wrong. It’s showing a transaction ID on each one so far that I’ve collected.
Thank you
Lindsay

Hello Lindsay - I would like to suggest contacting the Square support with the Transaction ID (you can get it from submissions page) to investigate this further.
From what I can see on your form, payment from 02/13 seems to be live. But, as far as I know, Square can process a payment up to 7 days until it reflects on your bank account. I may be wrong, so please check once again with Square.
Let us know if you need more help.

Lindsays_KeepsakesReplied on February 16, 2019 at 12:43 PMHello I contacted square. She sent me this. So I’m not sure what to do at
this time. If there is any other way you could help me that would be great!

Lindsays_KeepsakesReplied on February 16, 2019 at 5:43 PMSquare said that they can see where my square account is connected to
JotForm. They didn’t see why it wasn’t going through on their end. They
asked that I ask for a ticket/case number if there is nothing else you can
do. It will be close to $200 I’m missing once the others go through. So I
must get this straightened out.

I have checked your form and although you have received submissions I can see the payments counter for your account is still 0, upon checking your form I can see it's on sandbox mode, note that this means your form will not process payments.
Here's how to set the form to live mode, edit your from in the builder, click on the payment field, the wizard icon and change the mode:
Once you do that scroll down and click on the continue button to save the changes:
The integration should be working and sending the payments to the Square account, we have not received similar tickets for this either.
Please kindly do this and let us know how it goes.

No. Since the submissions were sent using Test mode, the user will not be charged. After changing to live mode, the user is required to submit the form and make the payment.
Thanks!
