How does it work if I change my plan?

    I upgraded last month to a paid Bronze account. I just upgraded to Silver to have forms that are HIPAA compliant.

    - Will the amount I paid to for Bronze be applied to the Silver cost?

    - Also, do my forms automatically become HIPAA compliant, or do I have to manually edit them in some fashion to have this apply?

    1. The system automatically discounts the unused time of the previous plan, if you check your invoices you will see this, this guide will help you checking the invoices on your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/329-How-to-Check-Invoices 

    2. The HIPAA upgrade is not automatic, you can do it manually following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance
