Respondents are not able to upload pictures.

    Hi it's not the first time I'm reporting this issue, but I've got complaints from a couple of the respondents that there are errors when they try to upload images to the form. 

    Can you help fix this? And also may I know the issue for that? It's the third time in 2 months that I face this issue with JotForm but I really need a reliable form provider.

    I have just tested your form and it seems to allow the uploaded files:

    I was able to submit your form as well.

    In order to assist you better we will actually need to know what exactly happens to your users, the error message they are getting, what are they seeing while trying to upload the files or submit the form. 

    Please kindly provide us more information about it so we can further investigate: 

    1. Is the issue when they upload the files or are they able to upload them, but unable to submit the form? 

    2. What specifically they are seeing, is  there an error message or anything that may help?

    3. Ask them the browser they are using as well as the device info and OS.
