Hi JotForm help desk,
I work at Harris Center for the Arts, at Folsom Lake College (a community college in Folsom, CA). We are potentially interested in purchasing JotForm Silver, assuming the following:
1. Academic pricing is available (from my understanding this would be 50% off the year subscription)2. JotForm is able to invoice us for a year subscription, instead of using a card to purchase.
Let me know if these are possible, and what information you need from me to accomplish the above.

Hello Matt, JotForm provides a 50% discount to non profit educational organizations. So, if your institution is non profit, you can submit an application here:

Once an application is submitted, we'll review the application and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to upgrade your account.
May I ask how do you plan to upgrade? By Purchase Order or Wire Transfer or Cheque? For these methods, the invoice is generated at the end of the process. Here are the guides, choose your payment option, complete the steps to get the invoice:

Note that manual handling is involved with these methods, and orders are completed 15 days or more. To avoid any delays or issues, make sure that the details are correct including the JotForm Username and Email Address of the account. The Reference Number is also important to be included in the payment. Our payment processor cannot process payments without the reference number.
