Is it possible to insert one jotform into another jotform?  For instance: If I have a series of questions that I want to use in multiple forms can I create a a Jotform containing those questions and them insert them into other Jotforms?  Or perhaps copy questions from one form to another? If you don't have this facility, it would be very useful if you were to add it!

Yes, this is possible by using the IFRAME EMBED WIDGET. The idea is to embed a form within a form using an iframe. All you would need to make this work is the widget, and the URL of the form you wish to embed.

On the other hand, if your goal is to copy fields from one form to another, you can too. For this, you will use the FIELD MANAGER APP. Alternatively, it's worth mentioning that you can clone forms too.

    Thanks Jim,

The Field manager is perfect.  your link made it easy to get to, but it was a bit hard to find in the menus.

The interface is confusing - when you first open it you're given the button in the top-right corner which says "Add to form".  I spent a considerable amount of time trying to work out how to add it to my form, and eventually realised that you don't add it to your form at all - it's a stand-alone application and you just run it.  once I realised that I had no trouble using it.  The button should say something like "Open" or "Run"

    Thanks.

Our apologies for the confusion. The button will either redirect (for apps with separate pages) or open the form builder with your last form ID (for apps that are present in the form builder). It's a straightforward process, but let me relay this to our backend team for consideration. Thank you for the feedback.
