Not able to download the file attachment.

How long can you open attachments after the form has been submitted? I'm getting a 404 error.  Is there certain file types the attachments will accept? 

I did check your form's submission page and I was not able to download the uploaded file. It seems to show 404 error message.

I did try to recover the uploaded file but I was not successful. It seems the file was not uploaded successfully. I would suggest you to ask your user to submit form again with file uploads.
