PayPal billing: Change Username of the account

We'd like to change the username on the account 

from: lauradlud

to: ABCTreasurer

Since the payment method in your account is PayPal so inorder to change the username you would have to first cancel the subscription from your PayPal account, downgrade your account to a free and then change the username.

It seems you have already cancelled the PayPal subscription and your account is going to downgrade on March 3rd. What I would suggest you change the username after this date.
