I updated a registration form for my Summer Camps. Under each area labeled class selection, I typed in the new schedule and it shows correctly at the jotform.com website.

However, when I post the link and linked it to my web url, it is still showing old dates for "Artist #1. Artist #2 and Artist #3 are correct.

This is a big problem for my site. I also deleted history and logged out of my my web builder and jotforms hoping that would fix the glitch, but to no avail.

The link below is cut and pasted from my web page...which I cut and pasted from jotforms somehow it is different in content although the number is the same

Have you tried clearing your form cache? I believe this is your site https://www.jacofhearts.com and I can see only one form https://form.jotform.com/51444165214145 linked in your site.

Would you mind clarifying what dates are changed in Jotform.com, but doesn't reflect on your site? Please note that you are only redirecting users to your jotform URL so the changes should be reflected right away.

    Here's what I currently see.

    Looking forward for your response.

Yes, I know it should change right away. That is weird. I know last night it was updated and saved that way on the website. Nonethelss it should say the following...
What you see in my website are last years dates and themes and I just launched my site for families. IOW I am using the code from jotform, but it is appearing as the old form for that box...everything else updated correctly except artist 1 class selection box choice listed.
I spoke to my webpage support and they said it has to do with jotform. I will update jotform again and hopefully it works this time. Something is wrong with it. Also
do you have 2 step authentication?

    Thanks so much.

Thank you for the additional information.

If after you made an update to your form again and the changes still do not reflect when you view your form, please let us know and give us more details. Also, you can share with us a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end — How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum. Then, let us know also the details of what should be displayed instead.

As for your other concern (2-Step Authentication), I have moved it to a new thread considering it is about another topic.

Here's the link to the new thread — https://www.jotform.com/answers/1755983

To avoid confusion, please reply to that thread if you have any follow-up questions about your new concern.
