Hello there. I am new to JotForm. I have a domain that I would like to use for my jot form. Is it possible for me use the jotform as a web page / lead capture page where I use my domain name? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We support custom domain for forms by setting up a CNAME record on your hosting panel. However, this method does not support HTTPS yet.
Please check this guide to configure the CNAME: https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform.
You may also consider embedding the form on your web page so instead of the custom domain, you'll have a page from your website for the form. We have a few embedding methods including some platforms like WordPress in the list.
Guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use.
