where can I find the attached file?

I created the contest form based on the template provided here. I received no image (attached photo). Where do they go????

I have tried to test your form by cloning it and every time I try to upload a document or image it does not allow me to upload it. Though the file size and format are as required, still it will give me the error below:

As a workaround when I removed this field and readded it, it resolved the issue. Can you please try to remove this field and re-add it again in the form. Because if the users are getting the same error and even if they do not upload the image, they will be able to submit the form.

So there is a possibility that the users did not upload any attachment due to this error and submitted the form.

Let me know the outcome once you try the workaround or need any further help on this.

Hum... is there anything else I can do to avoid this confusing error? No one was able to submit the images.....so far 4-5 people complained....

You need to check that the file type and size that your users will upload are actually allowed in your File Upload field, please check these guides:
