I need an option/button of file upload on some of my form, can JotForm do that?

im  selling products on click funnels and intergrate the with shopify.I have 3 product that require attachment or photo upload of the client.I need an option/button  of file upload on some of my form, can jotform do that? And another thing if it does and upload photo option will it sync to to shopify which is my billing im using 

It is possible to create a file upload form using JotForm. Please refer to the guides below that can help with creating the upload form and embed it on your Shopify web page.

Please note that the form created can only be displayed on your Shopify page. Unfortunately, it  is not possible to sync the form data to Shopify.
