Form Calculation Widget data not showing up in Invoice

    Greetings!

I've created a camp registration form, and I'm having trouble with one of the calculation fields ("Total Amount Due", using the Form Calculation Widget) showing up on the linked invoice. I've received 11 submissions; 3 of them show an amount in the "Total Amount Due", but the remaining 8 do not. Please advise!

Is the issue related to the "Total Amount Due (Session Fees and Registration)" field? I checked your submissions and none of them has a data for this field.

After that, I checked the Revision History of your form and I saw that you recently removed that field form your form and that you added a new field.

Please note that when a field is removed from a form all data collected with that field will also be removed from the submissions page.

To recover the data you previously collected, you will have to revert your form to a previous version (before the field was removed). If you removed and re-added the field multiple times, you will have to revert the form multiple times to find all data for that field.

I would suggest you to download the data before each revert for a backup purpose.

@BJoanna, the field was inadvertently removed, but the information was still not showing up before I removed it.

If you only removed the field once, please revert the form to the version before the field was deleted and we will check your submissions again.

Considering that you are passing the calculation to the payment field, you can find the data that was removed from the submission page in the payment field (Total).

@BJoanna - I've reverted back to the previous version.  The "Total Amount Due" is not displaying an amount.

Upon review, the 3 that I thought contained an amount are actually showing a different field. Based on my communications with the those who have made submissions, it has never displayed an amount.

You did not mentioned which form have the issue. I can only assumed it was this one https://www.jotform.com/form/90636805412152

I reviewed the form and I noted on the Conditions that almost all conditions only have error on them.

I suggest you clean the form first. Remove or fix all of the Conditions with only error on them.

Please let us know if issue persist.

@jonathan - yes, that is the correct form, but those conditions do not affect the outcome of the form.  They have been disabled, but the "Total Amount Due" is still not populating on all of the submissions or the invoice that I've drafted.

I am sorry but that is incorrect. Any issue/error on the form will make it less optimal. One error can trigger a chain of multitude workflow processes breaking down which can result to a function/feature not working.

To be safe, we recommend keeping the form free of error and mistakes.

This way if there is a glitch or feature not really working, we will be able to justify to the developer that the feature was bugged or not working properly and it that it needs to be fixed by JotForm.

    Thank you for your understanding.
