I checked your form and as far as I can tell, everything is set up correctly, including the payment field. The end of your message was cut off so I am not entirely certain what all needs to be looked in to. Let us know a bit more detail and we will be happy to have a look.

janahelene1907Replied on March 25, 2019 at 3:43 PMHello. Thank you for responding. I would like to have a confirmation email sent to me when someone has filled out my form on draft form. Also, there are sizes and colors and things to fill out on the form that I need to know about when people make a purchase, and I don’t know where that informational will be sent once someone completes the form.

An autoresponder email can be set up to send a confirmation email to the user filling out the form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
When someone completes the form, whatever emails are set up will be sent and the data will be available from the submission page for that form:
