Hi all
For a few days our 'site diary' forms are not displayed properly in the email anymore. The attached pdf is still fine.
It includes 25 different elements starting with 'Your Name' ending with 'Bins Onsite', but just the first 10 are shown in the email as you see attached. Sometimes it is displayed until element 17, but not until the end anymore.
Hence everyone needs to open the pdf to read the form.
Do you know a solution for it? The error has started occurring for an unknown reason.
Thank you
Kind Regards
F.

There are some fields missing in the notification, you can manually add them or delete the notification to create a new one. All your form fields will be updated in the new notification.
Let us know if you need more help.

Hi Bdavid
Thank you for replying.
Unfortunately I still couldn't figure it out:
What should I do exactly when I am under Settings - Emails:
How do I add all the elements that the entire form is displayed in the email(and not only in the attached pdf)?
Thank you
Regards
F.

I recommend you reset the Email template instead by adding new Notification Email.
Follow the steps on the user guide: Setting up Email Notifications
Go to your form SETTINGS / EMAILS and click on the big + button (3)
Select/click NOTIFICATION EMAIL
A new Notification Email template will be created and it will contain all the fields from the form.
Make sure to click SAVE button to save.
