I would like to know if our client will be able to store their information in an account so they will be able to connect to change their credit card

    What specific information that your client wants to store in your account?

    If in case you mean they want to update their credit card used for billing, that's possible. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/330-How-to-change-my-Payment-Method

    The client details (name, address, payment mode, ...) along with the details of their registrations. It won't be subscription payment but scheduled payment. I don't want to send them to a third party web page like the solution suggested.

    I'm sorry but I do not fully understand your question. 

    Inside of the guide my colleague provided, you can find how to change the payment method for the JotForm subscription. I checked your email address but I did not find a JotForm account. 

    If you want to collect payments using our forms, you need to use one of our payment tools.
