JOTForm - Annual Performance Ratings (annual perf appraisals/reviews, perf rating field and signatures)

    Hello!  Need your help.  We used JOTForms for our 2018 Annual Appraisals/Reviews.  However, the person that created the JOTForms (Vernita Antoine) is no longer with LinQuest.

     

    I have some questions:

    1) There should be about 472-495 Annual Performance Appraisals/Reviews generated/submissions in 2018 (Performance Appraisal - Employee).  However, I only see 128-185 generated/submissions (Performance Appraisal - Management).  What does this mean?

    2) Are the Performance Ratings a calculated field?  If so, how can I find out?

    3) Is there a way for Managers and Employees to sign off on the Annual Performance Appraisals/Reviews within the JOTForm system?  I see that there are Performance Appraisals signed by both the manager and the employee, but others are not signed.  What does this mean?

    4) What is the difference between the "Silver" package versus the "Enterprise" package?

    Please advise asap.

    1.) I tried to restore the submissions in your account and checked if some of your submissions are deleted by the system, but it stays the same so it's possible that the holder of that account deleted submissions before.

    Is it possible to restore purge submissions?

    - Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover or restore deleted submissions because we do not keep a copy of your submissions on our server.

    2.) No, there's no value assigned to the performance rating fields. However, if you want to add calculation values, please follow the guide below.

    You can then sum/total it using form calculation widget.

    3.) If you like to edit existing submissions to add a signature, please go to the submission page and edit it. After that, re-submit the form to save changes.

    However, if you need to send it to different users/managers, you will need to get the submission ID and then make a link like this: https://www.jotform.com/edit/submissionID

    You can then send the link to your colleagues or users so they can edit their submissions.

    4.) The silver plan is still limited in some of the features, see screenshot below. Also, the silver plan does not offer a sub-user feature so you will not be able to add a sub-user to your account.

    Sub-user is only available to grandfathered users and Enterprise users.
