Automatic email not emailing jotform

    I am not getting automated email responses from jotform whenever someone signs up using the form. Please advise.

    I have checked your email history log and see that the emails are being sent from our end without any issue.


    It looks like that you are using a custom sender email address for the email notifications. Please try changing the sender email address to JotForm default email address and see how it works. If you want to use your email address as the sender email, you may also setup an SMTP account by following the guide below:
