Can form be created to be filled offline and with multiple pages?

Hi, I can see that your forms and templates can be very useful for me and my organization. My question is I want my templates or forms or surveys to be filled out at an event and not online. Some forms I want to create to keep track of medical issues that will be part of a binder.  Can forms be created specifically for that purpose? I am also wanting to make a health survey that will be quite extensive and is specific to our groups needs and will probably be about 20 pages. Is that possible? I have no problem up grading the platform as long as I can do the tasks I am looking to do.

    Thanks Penny DiCienzo

Do you want to print the forms and get them filled manually? If yes, you can enable the Print button in the Submit button settings. This will enable you to print the created forms.

If this is not what you are looking for, there is also an option to fill the forms offline and once the form gets connected to a network connection, the data gets synced. To achieve this you will have to create a Fillable PDF copy of your form that your respondents can fill in first and save without an internet connection. Then once there is an internet connection the form can already be submitted.

You can create Classic forms with multiple pages, but with multiple fields and up to 20 pages, your form could take time to load. As an alternative, you could split the form into half and once the first part of the form is filled, when the user submits, it will take the user to the second form. This can be enabled in the Thank you page of the form where you can redirect your users to the second form URL.
