Duplicate a form AND it's contents?

How can I duplicate a form AND it's contents? I also want to isolate some of the data out of a larger form's database into it's own form database that I can send to him to work with. For instance if I wanted to export just the Dave Terwilliger data in the form link below. Thanks in advance. 

You can only clone a form in your account but not the submissions data. Guide: How to Clone an Existing Form

If you also want to pass the data to the cloned form, you need to export the data first from your original form then import it on the cloned form.
