we are a charter & sales brokerage management company. 

We would like to create forms with the following features:

signature (for clients), take image (damage display) and mark damage with pen features (image with a draft that base manager/client will circle the place of damage).

We want these forms to be available offline (android tablets).

Please inform us if all of the above are available at your platform.

Signatures and image uploads are possible through forms:

But it would not be possible to make annotations on the uploaded image, the edits would need to be made prior to upload:
