How can I limit the number of submissions submitted by a user?

For example, I only want a school to nominate 5 players for an award and one the school submits 5 nominations, the school cannot nominate anymore players.

It is only possible to limit the users to one submission or to set the submission limit of a form.

However, you can add the Appointment Slot widget to your form, add the names of the schools inside of the widget and set the number of available items for each school to 5.
