Account data and submission storage

1) What is the current size (in MB) used by my account?
2) How many submissions are currently stored in my account?

I just downgraded the service to the "free" plan yesterday because we use the account seasonally. However, I am asking these questions to understand if there will be an impact/risk of loosing any data as a result of that downgrade, so please keep this context in mind when answering the questions.

There is 0Mb space taken in your account, Uploads limit of free plan is not reached. 

305 submissions is currently stored in your account. Uploads and submissions storage are fixed limits (they are not reset monthly). You can always free up space by deleting submissions. Prior to removing submissions, please make sure that you have downloaded the data:
