Landing Webpage feature with a Member Registration/Sign-in option

Please advise if there is a Landing Webpage feature with a Member Registration/Sign-in option.

I want this form to be integrated with a website and only available upon registration.

Do you want to create a login form? Do you want to view the user's submission data or do you want the user to access his profile?

You may send an edit URL for your form user to edit their submission.

You can view the submission when your logged in to your JotForm account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for the user to login to view the submission.

We can create a registration form but it is not possible to create a login form in Jotform.
