Is it possible to send to multiple email addresses but they all show up in the same thread? When the recipients of the email receive it, they'll see all the other email recipients in the thread and can reply all if they need to.

Is your question related to the Email Notification? If so, it is possible to send it to multiple recipients. Please check the following guide:

No, you didn't answer my question. I want to send 1 email to multiple people that are all in the same email thread. So instead of sending 3 emails, 1 to A, 1 to B, and 1 to C. I want to send 1 email and when they receive the email, they'll see that it was sent to A, B, & C. More so, if they hit reply all to the email, it will reply to all the members of the email.

That will happen, when you set multiple recipients inside of the Email Notification settings, by following the guide I previously provided.

That's very helpful. Thank you! I have a follow up question though. What if one of those emails that needs to be included in the thread comes from the input of the user. For example, if one of the fields were asking the user to input the email of the client, how would I set it up so that email is now included in the thread?

You may setup a condition to change the email recipient for the notification and add the email field in the recipient list along with the email addresses that you want to send.
https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
Please note that the email notifications with conditions shall only be triggered only when the rules set in the condition are passed.
Thanks!

Thank you for your answer Kiran but my understanding of what you suggested is that each email recipient will receive the email separate from all the other members. I want all the recipients of the email to be in one email thread. Not separate.

No, each recipient will receive the same email. You just need to set a condition and enter all recipient emails and the value of the Email field, separated with a comma and space, in the EMAIL field, like this:
