After battling with PDF editor, and "kind of" getting the form where it usable, now we are stumbling in the fact that when we receive client forms filled out, we need to download them as pdf and this process can take up to 20 minutes!! because its so slow that just opening a completed form just times out and we have to repeat process over and over until it works.

Like I wrote before, were about to quit your service.

Our or process that used google forms and sheets to export the data to google fusion and then get a perfectly formatted document took seconds, and it was free!!

Please fix this we cant continue like this.

Our computers are core i5 or i7 we have a gigabit network, our isp speed is 150Mbps. we are virus free, our history, cookies have been cleared, there is absolutely nothing we can do from our part

As far as I see you are using the encrypted forms. To use them, you are uploading your key file to your browser. And the encrypted forms are decrypting on your end. I think this takes a little time.
Please test your form without encrypting.
You can try the print option to get PDFs with a simple layout.Viewing completed forms and getting a PDF can take more than 20 minutes per form Image 10Viewing completed forms and getting a PDF can take more than 20 minutes per form Image 21

A simple layout means 25 pages of registration packet, which blows file
size already from the 3 pages we had with google fusion.
We are now at 16 pages and thats how we want to keep it.
This forms contain very critical and confidential information, do you
warranty the security of this documents without encryption ?
A little time means 20 minutes for one form that is not a little time that
    is simply absurd.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please confirm if the form you're referring to is this?

If yes, I tried to open PDF-Editor on my end and it is not opening, please get a console error report at your end and send it to us.

Also, if possible, we would like to try downloading PDFs in that form, is it okay for you to disable form encryption so we can try it?

Note: Please save your encryption key before disabling/enabling form encryption.

    Looking forward to your response.

After waiting first around 10 minutes from the moment we click on the
received form and then around 10 more minutes from the moment we click to
    download the PDF form.
We get the "Pages Unresponsive message" (see attachment) several times and
it doesn't let us get console errors, we press CTRL+Shift+J but it simply
    doesn't respond.
About disabling encryption, my question again is do you warranty the safety
of the information in this forms, with encryption off. This contain medical
data and personal information that is extremely sensitive.

Unfortunately, we did not receive the attachment you sent. You can check this article for more information about sending screenshots.

I recommend you remove the encryption from the form. Your form has nearly a hundred fields to decryption. This is taking time.
Please inform us about your results.
