Unable to add payment option due to a requirement to run the wizard

    I can't add a payment option to a new form. It keeps saying something about running the wizard.

    I checked your account could find a form titled "Payments". I assume this is the form that you are referring to. I went ahead and checked the form and could find that you have added the Stripe payment.

    What you need to do is, select the payment field that is added in the form, click on Payment Settings. Now you can see a pane opened on the right side of the form. Here you will need to "Connect to Stripe" using your Stripe credentials. Also, make sure that the mode is selected as Live mode in order to accept payments.

    it isn't even connecting to stripe. That's my issue

    When you clicked on "Connect to Stripe", were you able to enter your login credentials and then taken to your Stripe dashboard?

    Once you login to your Stripe account to authorize, make sure you click on 'Skip this account form' if you are logging to Test mode. Also, please try logging to your JotForm account using a different browser or an incognito/private window to see if that works.

    You could also try logging into your Stripe Dashboard first and then check back into Jotform and see if it is now connecting.

    i opened stripe dashboard. The first time I tried it it loaded and then just went back to “connect stripe” 

    Every time I try to connect it does the same thing except it doesn’t ask me for login at all since the first time I tried. 

    I tried doing another browser. Same thing. Won’t connect.

    Could you please also try incognito mode (private window) of the browser?

    Let us know if issue will persist.

    I can see that you have removed Stripe Payment field, please try adding the Stripe payment and connect to your Stripe account again, then capture your browser console logs and send a screenshot to us so we can review if there's any error in the console.
