Restore deleted forms

Hi,

I accidentally removed an important form from my jotform account. Can you guys restore the forms that I removed today?

I reviewed your account activity logs and found that the forms were completely purged. Please note that purged forms can't be restored or there is no way to restore them because they have been permanently deleted from your account/jotform server.

If the form is in the trash folder it is still possible. However, the form is deleted/purged in the trash folder so it is no longer retrievable.
