Why am I not receiving the responses to forms

    I have had at least 3 people complete my JotForm and neither I nor they received their responses.  How can I make sure all the people who respond will get their own responses and make sure I receive them?

    How can I get the completed forms people submitted than never emailed?

    I cloned and tested your "Access Your New Story Self-Assessment" form and was able to receive both the notification email and the autoresponder. As far as I can see, there are a total of 36 submissions in your form. You can view the submission details from your form submission page - https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    Here are the recent dates where submissions were received:

    The corresponding emails for these dates are found in your email log too - How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History.

    If you can provide us the details of the persons who recently submitted your form, we could check that from our end too.
