Good afternoon,
We have found that a form submitted on Friday https://form.jotform.co/ProvidenceProperty/clirefforppg was not sent through to us.
Since then, we have received some.
How do we know that there is not more forms being submitted across all of our forms and not notifying us?
This has happened previously.
It is concerning.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You seems to have added 4 recipient email addresses. Are you not receiving submission emails in any of the email addresses?
I did check our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

Have you checked your SPAM folder already? Please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails ended up there. I would also suggest you to please speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names and IP addresses to ensure the delivery of emails. Please note that you can also use your own email address with SMTP settings to send submission emails. The following guide should help you how to setup SMTP in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Thank you for coming back to me.
I have checked all mailboxes that the notification email should go to and none of them received the email. Only 1 email notification went out on 21/6 and that was for a different referral. 2 were received on that day.
I am not sure what has happened here.

I checked that form and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipients listed in the notification. The emails are also not on our bounce list so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from jotform.

Please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
