Email notification for the order received but payment not received

    I had a 50 dollar payment not come through off of a form, but got a email stating payment went through. I believe someone changed the PAYPAL account on the form.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

    Since you have many Forms in your account so I am not able to find out the Form which is related to the concern.

    May we know the Form URL so that we can investigate further.

    I deleted the form and am invoicing ppl via PayPal. I believe an ex employee changed the email address to their account.

    You can restore the form https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms and check the email address on the PayPal field. If it's not your email address, you'll need to contact the person who owns the email address. As you've mentioned that the your ex employee changed the email so I assume that the submission went into your ex employee's account.
