Yes, it is possible. You can create multiple connections to various Airtable bases and tables with the same integration, then map the fields on these tables with form fields.

Please refer to this complete guide:

But it doesn’t link the rows together like a real database?
New form submission comes into row 3 of table 1 and row 5 of table 2, I have to manually sit there and link row 3 to row 5 to indicate they are the same submission.

I have tried integrating my test base in Airtable with two tables in a demo form and got the result as expected. Please ensure that matching fields are being mapped respectively. Please refer to the guide provided regarding field mapping. Here's an example:

If you're referring to a different concern, please advise.

Regarding your other question, I have moved it to another thread to avoid confusion. Here's the link:

Are you familiar with "linking" in airtable? If you create a column in
table 1 that pulls values from table 2. That link is missing, no?

As far as my test is concerned, our Airtable integration does not support columns that link a record to/from another table. If you add this type of a column/field on your Airtable tables, it is not available in the Airtable integration for mapping/selection.

Here's an example table with linked field:

    15615329712019 06 26 006 Screenshot 10

It is an email field, but I cannot see this in the integration:

I find no workaround to this, so please confirm if this is what you mean by your original question of linking to multiple tables. We will have to forward this to our developers as a feature request when needed.

Noted on your confirmation. Since we don't have an available workaround for this to work in the current integration feature, let me forward a feature request to our developers to include the linked fields in the integration.

Please note that we cannot give an ETA or cannot assure if this feature will be added or will it be passed. However, we will keep you posted via this thread for possible updates.
