payment submission missing

The site says I have 12 submissions but I only see 9 payments in my square account. Wondering where the rest of the payments are?

I have checked your account and  you have only 3 submissions.

It seems you're over your upload limit.

Kindly upgrade your subscription or delete your uploaded submissions to free up your upload space.

If you wish to delete your submissions, do note that we cannot recover deleted submissions.

You may download your submission first before deleting them.
