2) Like to ask if jotform has any receipt template to use? since you have payment form, i am currently subscribed with another source for invoice and receipt. if jotform has, perhaps can consider to put everything into 1 provider.

If you have a payment form, it is easy to send e-receipts along with emails to users once they submit the form. This will involve setting up an autoresponder email in your form along with enabling PDF attachments if required.
