Form won’t send to email addresses when I press the send button

    Hi there, 

    I’m new to JotForm. I have created a form, which was fine. I’m now trying to send the form to 19 email addresses, but when I press the send button, nothing happens. 

    I followed the steps to send a form, but it doesn’t seem to be working and I need to get this form out asap. I also have other work I need to do instead of trying to sort this out. 

    If you can help, I’d appreciate it so much. I’ve been trying since Friday to do it and thought it might have been because I was doing it on my iPad, but I tried it on my laptop this morning and still nothing.

    Hello Cazzie, 

    I can see that you have a Free account with JotForm. Please note that for Free accounts, only one email can be added as a recipient. This means that after the form is submitted, it can be sent to only one email address. To add multiple recipients to your email notification, you will have to upgrade your account.

    Please do note that after you upgrade, one email notification can have a limit of 10 email recipients as explained in the guide shared above.

    For example, if you have 19 email addresses, then there will be one email notification with 10 email recipients and a second email notification with 9 email recipients.
