Form attachments are not being saved in google drive

Hello,

Our order forms are integrated to our google drive. However, only the PDF copy of the form are being submitted to the google drive. The uploaded attachments in the order form are not being saved at all.

We want to have the attachments saved in google drive as well. We used to have these feature before but now, it is not saving the files anymore.

Can you please advise how can we resolve this?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I tested the google drive integration on my end and it is working fine. Could you please try reintegrating the form to your google drive and see if it fixes the issue you are experiencing?

Please check the latest submission that we have for the order form (attached). I can see that the attachments are saved in the form, however these attachments were not uploaded to google drive, only the PDF copy of the form was saved in our drive.
Can you please check how can we resolve this?

Hello Angela - Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect the form to your google drive? If not, please try it and see if that fixes the issue.

Click the remove integration and add it again to your form.

Yes, I already did that before I sent my first e-mail. I disconnect and connect the integration.
I also tried logging off the google drive and jotform account but it doesn't work.

Could you please let us know the form URL to which this issue is related to?  Also, could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?
