Jotform blocked in some countries

    Hello team.

Basically, your forms are blocked in some countries, I don´t know why and I don´t know the reason, but you should check it out.

I´ve received the same problems from Mexico and Honduras. They just cannot access the form.  Do they need to have some software installed or unblock some firewall?

I did check the form URL and I am able to access form without any problem.

We have not received any similar report from users in Mexico. Please ask your user to check if there is anti-virus or firewall which is blocking the form URL. Please ask them to temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall and then test the form again to see if that solves the issue.

We will wait for your response.

Attached screenshots of the error. In this case, I send the link to
download a picture from jotform attachments.
It seems the problems only happen in Mexico. Are you servers blocked there?

Attache one more screenshot from another person. This is the 10th person
from Mexico who cannot see my form. What is the problem then? Is the
Mexican internet provider blocking your forms from EU?
    Your Public IPv4:
Location: Tepatitlan de Morelos, JAL MX
    ISP: Uninet S.A. de C.V.

We cannot see your screenshots. Please note that the files that are attached inside of an email will not be shown here on the forum. You need to open this thread and upload your screenshots.

How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum

I whitelisted the IP address you provided.

You can provide your users with a link of your standalone form to see if that will make any difference.

You can also change the subdomain of your form. Please ask your users to try with the following links:

You can also ask them to use a different network.
