I have an online form but I was wondering if I could upload the papaer work I have in my office and have it converted to a form.

    Hi,

Yes, you can upload PDF files that you have and convert it to a form. Basically, you are going to import first your PDF files in the Fillable PDF Form Creator, then you are going to receive an email that it is successfully imported.

You can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/340-How-to-Import-Adobe-FormsCentral-PDF-Forms-to-JotForm

If you want to receive a PDF version filled out online through your email, you could use the File Upload field on your online form. In this way, if your responders have a PDF document that they need to upload on your form, then you will receive it through your email as included in your submissions.

    Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms

I hope this helps, let us know if you need further assistance.
