How do I get the URL of the form submitted by certain respondent?

    I encountered issues where I can find the submission entry inside the View Submissions table. However the respondent did not get any of the email, and also myself did not get the notification emails. I am using my own SMTP mail server to send out the notification email. In this case, what are the way for me to retrieve the URL of these submission?

    Just add the Get Form Page URL widget into your form. This will fetch the URL of the submission - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url.

    You can also check the form analytics to check the user's responses and from where they provided the response: Understanding-Form-Analytics-and-Ways-on-How-to-Get-Your-User-s-Info 

    But, with respect to your issue, you could check the email log in your account to check what emails were triggered - How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    However the respondent did not get any of the emails, and also myself did not get the notification emails.

    Could you let us know in which form you are facing this issue? Also since when has this issue started? Is this being faced by all your users or only certain persons?

    Only certain persons I did not receive their email, the respondent also told me they never received,

    I stopped the form when it reaches 100 submissions ,using the countdown widget, i think mainly towards the end of the 100 submissions, I encountered this issues. around 5 to 6 respondents did not receive any emails.

    As I check the email history log, the email for the specified user has been sent from our end without any issue.

    Please check the SMTP settings of the sender email in your account if the password or other settings are changed.

    And i encountered exceptionally slowness when trying to edit the form. Can you look into it ?
